Welcome to a nation in the latter stages of moral decay and in open rebellion against all traditional values of western civilization.
The Constitutional separation of powers has been perverted to the point that now the Judicial Branch holds more power than both the other two combined. The U.S. is no longer a Constitutional Republic governed by 3 branches of government, it's now in effect a dictatorship whose laws are made and enforced by an unelected, unaccountable, and untouchable judiciary.
And the truly frightening aspect of this is that if the polls concerning the Shiavo case can be believed, that situation is quite satisfactory to 3/4 of the dictators' subjects.
