My fervent, frightened prayer is that Jeb will take action and save Terri, thereby taking a stand, showing that there is at least one elected official who has the courage to choose life instead of death.
My fear is it will be a "deeply disappointed, but we did all that we could" kind of speech. Please, Governor, do the right thing. Show us that we are a people of hope, a people that will always affirm that life is preferable to death, that those who view life as a gift to be valued and cherished will win out over those who would extinguish it with a shroud of darkness and evil.

I think Jeb Bush is a sincere person, so I don't think he's grandstanding. This is why I am very curious to hear what he has to say at 3pm about the Schiavo case. I don't see the point of calling a press conference to say, "I can do nothing." Anybody know what's up?

If all the negative facts I've heard in the case are true, all Jeb should do is state one by one all the things being overlooked and make the Judges in Florida look like the hacks they are.
Also this will deservedly slash the Democrat party followers.
Keep in mind, that even some Democrat voters can't stomach this kind of murder.
