Thank whatif Terri is saved, and rehabilitated, and is able to move a little and enjoy life ---- and everyone's going to be looking at all those judges for the rest of their lives thinking

No. He'll have to spend all of his political capital--maybe his career, by the time the media gets done with him-- to use his police powers. The best thing for public order was to give the courts and feds a chance. They failed. That gives Jeb a clear field to use the most extreme lawful option.

jeb bush saves terri, i think he can feel pretty confident of the 2008 presidential election, esp as the dems can't find anyone to put up besides....the Hildebeest.PLEASE. Jeb isn't doing what he is doing for VOTES.

Randall Terry telling Sean Hannity RIGHT NOW that "an ugly exchange" broke out on the FL Senate floor just a few minutes ago. Sounded like recriminations over last week's vote.
IF true, doesn't bode well for a favorable Senate vote.
Yet Randall Terry seems to think it will pass, and that Governor Bush will sign bill and TAKE HER INTO CUSTODY IMMEDIATELY.
Caution, I haven't heard the governor say anything yet -- this just Randall Terry's reporting.
