And if filed by an attorney against a LEO exercising statutory powers, should result in Rule 11 sanctions.

By all accounts Terri hasn't had teeth cleaning for SOME YEARS. .....should be suifficient to get started....

And the $14 mill the state wants back from the Hospice.....
