Clinton bombed Beograd without UN consent, and nobody on the left or MSM made noise about it. Bush bombed Iraq after UN resolution clearly stated the consequence of Iraq not fully cooperating with the UN inspectors, and the left (and the UN) consider Bush as the menace.
