A state judge issued an emergency order Wednesday to keep the Department of Children & Families from taking any action that would reconnect Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube. George Felos, the attorney for Michael Schiavo, asked Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer to issue the order Wednesday while the judge considers a request from DCF and Gov. Bush to take custody of Terri Schiavo.

I guess this is the Dems plan for Medicaid/Medicare, as well, and the true reason they demand the judiciary in their likeness via endless filibusters in the Senate.
In my state, the State Attorney General also has authority to shut medical facilities down and intervene in cases of abuse of the disabled and elderly.

What blows my mind is that for everything that we do, want, wish, or whatever is that the first rule of thumb is to GET IT IN WRITING. If it isn't in writing it's all heresay. Therefore if Michael Schiavo's statements that Terri's wish would have been not to live as she is, and it was never put into writing in a living will, then his statements are purely HERESAY. And as we all know HERESAY never holds up in court. I absolutely cannot for the life of me see why there is any doubts. WTF

Looks like they want to push this Judge over the edge and make him look nuts. But time's a-wasten...
His friggin' wedding vows are apparently hearsay as well...but he's more determined to stick to Terri's alleged "death wish" than he is to "in sickness and in health."
There may be darker reasons.....
