He is obstructing the State Police and/or the DCF from doing their job under Florida State Law which he has no power to do. He cannot tell the local law enforcement to restrain the State Law enforcement from taking protective custody in an emergency sitatuation. They do not require a court order to do so, they have the statutory authority under law to do it in an emergency.

Exactly. Ask any angry young teen who has learned to call 911 and report abuse if he's mad at his parents.
