I PRAY that the Supreme Court looks to the law in Florida that allowed the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS of Terri to be trampled in a breathtakingly horrific manner.

The Florida Law that ALLOWS the words of a guardian, in this case a spouse co-habitating with another, who remembered SEVEN years into this horrific nightmare his so called wife's wishes to die, who has probably brutalized her through these years in ways that would cause an uproar were it to be known as fact, to be used as 'clear and convincing evidence'

A law that allows a JUDGE to act as the disabled person's guardian (in this case, Judge Greer, who NEVER EVEN VISITED TERRI, has NEVER MET HER!)

A LAW that required NO REVIEW, NO HEARING, NO DEPOSITION of Michael's methods of treating Terri for all these long years.

A LAW that SO TRASHED TERRI's RIGHTS that she is FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE and now DYING an HORRIFIC DEATH without HER RIGHT TO LIFE HAVING EVER BEEN THE SOLE MATTER BEFORE THE COURT....

This LAW offers NO PROTECTION for the disabled whose guardians may be monsters.

This is such a breathtakingly wrongful trashing of human rights ya almost cannot stand it...

This LAW SHOULD BE WHAT THE SUPREMES ATTACK.

THAT and the fact that NO OTHER JUDGE stood up and SCREAMED at the top of his lungs that Judge Greer ADMITTED and RELIED UPON the testimony of a doctor used by FELOS to determine Terri's condition.... a DOCTOR who believes, as PRINTED in the Minneapolis Star Tribune op-ed piece he wrote, that....

that.........

that those in a PVS state HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS and also....

that those who have Alzhiemers DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE FEEDING TUBES inserted when they become unable to take nourishment by mouth.

On its FACE..........that a MISTRIAL has not been issued....that NONE OF THESE JUDGES are willing to look at the law that has allowed this travesty to occur is SHOCKING!

It almost makes ya wish that EACH of these judges were given a MICHAEL SCHIAVO sociopathic freak into their own families, with the same situtation, HUNG by the same laws and horrific JUDGE, and became, like the Schindlers, victems who had to WATCH their own loved one starve and go without water for DAYS and DAYS without ANY HELP from the judicial system.
