It seems unlikely the judge will do anything other than what he and all the rest of the "legal" system have been doing - backing each other up. For the legal system, the issue is simple: Does the legal branch have superior authority over the legislative and executive branches? The only answer they will entertain is YES. While there are some judges who can read and follow the Constitution and have a conscience, the majority are only concerned with the supremacy of the legal branch.

There is no concern as to whether Terri Schiavo is being tortured in the process of murdering her. None whatsoever. Zero, Nada, Zip. There is no concern as to whether there is what is defined as a conspiracy to violate her civil rights or murder her. None whatsoever. Zero, Nada, Zip.

The issue here is clear: Does the legal branch have superior authority over the legislative and executive branches? The only answer they will entertain is YES.

There is no system of checks and balances in a government where the legal branch has no one to report to. Particularly when they turn their back on God and the Constitution.

Remember, there is no Justice in the Legal System, only legality.

Roger that. This week the Earth has moved and few have felt it.

We must replace Congress with people who have guts and brains.

And the judiciary has long lost their moral compass. All hail the power of the legal branch. And be sure to separate church and state so that, ultimately, all ethics will be forced to the sidelines in the name of liberal judges.

They can remove them by voting them out if elected, impeachment if appointed, and by eliminating or drastically reducing their funding. That is the way it has to be approached.

Yes. It is clear more than ever that there is a turf battle coming between the Congress and the Courts. Perhaps not with this case. But it's coming soon IMO. The Congress will have to break the current penchant of the Courts making law. In the US Constitution, there is actually very little language spent on the Judicial branch. But there is plenty paid to WE THE PEOPLE (the elected Congress). A showdown is coming, and it's long overdue. Too bad it won't be right now.

That said, I pray for Terri's soul and for her family. I now believe that she is an Angel sent from Heaven to wake us from our slumber. After Terri has gone to be with The Lord, WE THE PEOPLE who remain have a lot of work to do.
