You don't live in Florida. You didn't vote for Jeb. And you don't understand that Jeb, President Bush, and the Congress can't do more than they've done.

Fine,don't vote for any more GOP candidates. Stay home,like a petulant child and griumble about people not doing what you want when you want it. With that abject lack of intelligence,you shouldn't be allowed to vote anyway.
