Not once did Judge Greer enforce the legally sanctioned DEPOSITION of Michael Shiavo, he did NOTHING, NOT ONCE, to DEFEND Terri's right to have the COURTS investigate possible MISTREATMENT of her by that MONSTER!
This is devastating.
There are psychiatrists out there that state that Michael Shiavo FITS the parameters of a wife abuser, some have even said he is probably a SOCIOPATH.
Knowing that two of the guardian ad litems were CONTRIBUTORS to Greer's campaigns....and the third guardian ad litem, who found Terri to DESERVE THERAPY and CAPABLE of IMPROVEMENT was FIRED!
WHERE WAS TERRI's RIGHT TO HAVE AN INVEDSTIATION INTO ALLEGED ABUSE BY MICHAEL THAT HER PARENTS TRIED AND TRIED TO GET THE COURT TO LOOK INTO? WHERE?
THIS SMELLS SO DIRTY IT MAKES YA SICK!
Why a a SHERIFF, Sheriff RICE, now a Florida Legislator, but earlier, the SHERIFF of Pinellas County, a MAN whose Michael's MOTHER IN LAW WORKED FOR FOR 16 YEARS before her death, a MAN who was a CLOSE FRIEND of JUdge Greer, and a MAN WHO HIRED MICHAEL SHIAVO TO WORK AS A NURSE IN THE PINELLAS COUNTY JAILS, ALLOWED to STOP all INVESTTIGATIONS BY THE DCF........to IGNORE PHONE CALLS REPORTING THE ABUSE OF TERRI...(not allowed to be outside her room for instance, for ALL those long years)...I KNOW , I WAS ONE OF THE ONES CALLING SHERIFF RICE !!!!!
Michael Shiavo DID NOT APPEAR for any of the scheduled depositions....NOT ONCE.
You hear pundits etc and monsters like george felos saying this case has been litigated and litigated since forever.
But the TRUTH IS...Greer has DENIED all recourse from the Schindlers into looking into the fitness of Michael to be guardian.
The court is supposed to REACT to guardians who refuse to show up at legally set depositions.
The court of judge greer DID NOT ONCE allow the Schindler's to have Michael Shiavo deposed...a situation in which he would have been FORCED, under oath, to ANSWER THE QUESTIONS related to the bone scan of Terri that showed outrageous breakage and trauma of her back, femur in leg, trauma to both knees as well as BOTH ANKLES.
The Schindler's had NO ACCESS to her medical records.
WHAT KIND OF A GUARDIAN DENYS THE VICTEMS PARENTS THE RIGHT TO SEE THEIR DTR's MEDICAL RECORDS.
What kind of HATRED inspires that?
Not once has MIchael Shiavo, under Greer's orders, had to answer such questions as:
Why did you put a do not resusitate order on Terri's chart after getting the money.
Why did you stop all therapy and comfort to Terri.
Why no flowers, sunshine, outings, visits by friends?
Why did the nurses in the one nursing home take a restraining order out on you?
Why were you on prozac and three other medications related to mental problems at the time of Terri's collapse?
Why did you threaten to have nurses FIRED if they so much as offered Terri the basics in therapy or offered her liquid jello on a spoon?
Was your intent of hiding Terri away in a hospice done in order to make most think she is terminal?
Why did you almost attack Terri's sister in an argument that resulted in Mr Schindler calling your Psychiatrist who said..."CALL 911 immediately if Michael ever does this again....he is potentially violent."
WHY WAS TERRI DENIED THIS!???????
If EVER there was a case that reeks of a spouse abusing, probably beating the SH[T out of his so called wife, IT IS THIS ONE!
This is murder.
This IS murder.
There certainly is hard evidence of widespread corruption by Judge Greer.
ONe thing is very clear...Greer showed bias to MS's side of the issue for a long long time...Don't they have safeguards under Florida law for this type of thing?
Or is it a case of the judicial good-old-boy network in play?
