I did not know this. I knew about the lawyer but not the judge and wife. How can this judge even be allowed to hear this case?? Why is this not being reported by every pro-Terri person who is interviewed? It certainly is a conflict of interest.

It certainly is a conflict of interest. well, let's see now - if most of the money that was supposed to go to Terri for therapy - which was denied all these years - but if the lawyers got a reported $750,000 of it - and if, as some say, she is now on medicare - which is notoriously slow to pay - then she's now a liability to the hospice as well as to that POS husband-in-name-only
