Activist Judges: Just Ignore Them and They Will Go Away

Problem is Jeb, and bubba W both refuse to accept their
Constitutional powers to act as a necessary check on that

Whenever some jackass Judge decides he sees something in the Law that Nobody else can see -everybody is s'posed to

While I agree with the sentament, it has also occured to me that all of these leaders in question has sworn an oath to God, hand on the Bible to uphold the laws of the land while executing the duties of their office. Does St. Augustine take such oaths into account?

Another example is the oath a physician takes to "First Do no harm?" Yet how does a doctor administering a death sentence by lethal injection keep that oath? Heavy questions indeed.

To uphold the constitution, which in the case of Florida, guarantees that the right to life shall not be denied anyone regardless "...physical impairment..." (paraphrase).

Bad laws happen. The constitution (and separation of powers) is (are) intended to protect people from them.

As for Terri Schiavo, I'm not sure that the President has a lawful authority to rescue Terri Schiavo from Judge Greer.

Florida Law, however, apparently does require their DCF to do something, so if Jeb and company would just ignore Judge Deathmonger Greer and get Terri out of his deathgrip, then it would be a great day. Judge Greer would sh*t his robes, and George Felos would whine copiously, and that would be that.
