I sent the above to Bush via e-mail. Just pray that he gets it in time and will react.

I fear it's too late. I read where a doctor said Terri has more than likeky already suffered more brain damage. It breaks my heart, but I think it is over.

EXACTLY!

I said that in a previous post.

I've always been a believer in the rule of law. I believe that we do have to accept certain laws we don't like. Otherwise, we will approach anarchy.

I still believe that.

But now, we are on the verge of a runaway unaccountable judiciary that will impose its will on us in all matters, large and small.

I hate to advocate a constitutional crisis...but I believe that sooner or later, we will need to have one.

Better now than later.

Remember Abraham Lincoln's response to Chief Justice Taney's Writ of Habeas Corpus for the release of a Confederate Sympathizer:

"The Chief Justice has issued his order. Now let him enforce it."

Problem is Jeb, and bubba W both refuse to accept their
Constitutional powers to act as a necessary check on that
branch of our Government Hamilton saw as the "weakest".
Whenever some jackass Judge decides he sees something in the Law that Nobody else can see -everybody is s'posed to
fall on their face and pray to Allah-or whatever Judge made
the enlightened decision. Respec tfor Law and order-as with all things ought be earned the old fashioned way and
cannot be mandated by law or any despotic govenrment decree
We have arrived back at where we was 1740-1776 only the
despotic rulers aint the Brits but our own reprobate govt.

"Particular misconstructions and contraventions of the will of the legislature may now and then happen; but they can never be so extensive as to affect the order of the political system. This may be inferred with certainty from [the judiciary's] total incapacity to support its usurpations by force."

Too bad that since the 1960s, the only thing that matters is the law the judges make. Our legislatures and executives are vacant.

I agree. Just ignore the g*dd*mn judges. They're overreaching idiots.

As for Terri Schiavo, I'm not sure that the President has a lawful authority to rescue Terri Schiavo from Judge Greer.

Florida Law, however, apparently does require their DCF to do something, so if Jeb and company would just ignore Judge Deathmonger Greer and get Terri out of his deathgrip, then it would be a great day. Judge Greer would sh*t his robes, and George Felos would whine copiously, and that would be that.
