Last night I heard one of the talking legal heads say basically the judge really has to take this serious (like he has any time in this case) The lawyer is a sworn officer of the court and a little weight has to put on this statement.

Now my black helicopter theory. If the judge denies the request, does this open the door for JEB to do something?

Frankly I see this as no more than the most blatant case of late term abortion on record.
