It is a conflict of interest for the attorney representing Michael Schiavo to also serve as a board member to the medical facility providing her care. After all, as the pig's attorney, he had a vested interest in making Terri appear as unresponsive as possible. As a member of the board, he could have brought pressure to bear to make that happen.

If what you say is true, it would seem that Felos' position on the board only helped MS's case. That isn't a conflict of interest.

Are you not aware that he was Michael's attorney? Or are you not aware what 'conflict of interest' means? Which is it?
