Okay, cite actual evidence from media reports of actual medical evaluations (not assertions by reporters--we know how the MSM makes stuff up around here) on which to base your claim that TS is brain dead (or more pertiently was brain dead when they began starving her).
You can't: her 'loving husband' as her guardian has prevented fMRI's from being done. Only on the basis of an fMRI showing no brain activity in the cerebral cortex can one assert that someone is brain dead. (And some states have statutes requiring multiple scans to avert the possibility of 'false negatives' pronouncing the living to be dead.)
