From the rest of the article:
"The couple met in 1978 when Howard Sosin was an assistant professor at Columbia University. At the time, she was married to another man and working in retail."
Like I always say: If they'll cheat WITH you, they'll cheat ON you.
QFT!
It says they met, not that they began a romance then.
Your advice is sound, but it doesn't necessarily apply in this case.
"Like I always say: If they'll cheat WITH you, they'll cheat ON you."
Yes I now know that from experience...except in the beginning I didn't know she was cheating on somebody.
The good thing is that after knowing that I could never get myself to commit to marrying her.....Thank god!
Same thing I told my ex when she moved out of our house and in with him. "Boyfriend" died in a car wreak while driving back from his ex-girlfriend's house.....
Like my new wife says: "What goes around, comes around..."
what would she have gotten under Sharia law...
That may be the case - and here new ex should have known better - BUT - she certainly should not have received one red cent - the divorce, as far as I read - was 100% her fault, because of her infidelity.
Stupid, just stupid.
