The Enormous Omelet Sandwich carries 730 calories and 47 grams of fat and comes with two eggs, sausage, three strips of bacon and two slices of melted American cheese on a bun. What's the carb count? That's all that really matters (though with the fast food bun, I'm sure it's pretty high.)

What's the carb count? Just checked it out on Burger King and its 43 GRAMS OF CARBS!!! YIKES - that stuff would bring my sugar level to an all time high!

Can't find the Western Omelet Croissan'wich on the BK site, but they list an egg, ham & cheese croissan'wich--25 carbs (22 carbs in the croissant).

43 grams of carbs x 4 cal/gram= 172 calories from carbs out of 730.
That means only 23% of the calories are from carbs. Not too bad.
