Thank you for posting this clear exposition, Pokey. I wish to focus upon one mischaracterization that has been repeated ad nauseum: "Attachment to the rule of law is certainly a foundation stone of our civilisation."

In this case, there is clear evidence that the American spirit of 'the rule of law' has not been served by rubber stamping courts. Even the federal twit, Whittemore, refused to actually function as an integral cog in the justice system, in order to rubber stamp what has come before.

In such a case as this, the rule of law has not been the operant function, rather the rule of rubber stamp and expedience has ruled the continued disregard for facts, especially facts (as in affidavits collecting in a rejected pile for more than six years) that judge Greer would not allow into the record because they clearly did not fit the pre-ordained tyrannical verdict he desired --for whatever reason has yet to be established, but it does appear there is a too close connection between Greer, Felos, and the Flrodia Hospice death mill.

Any court not doing an actual de novo hearing has merely rubber stamped this judicial travesty. I am at least hopeful that people will come to see this case has been far from the actual 'rule of law' (such a rule has a component of mercy and zealous regard for the truth) and grossly the rule of judicial tryanny served by distain and disregard for justice in favor of covering their collective unjust asses by refusing to consider the full range of truth available to them.
