I believe the Schindlers did not have the legal representation they needed to fight the army aligned against them.

I don't think any lawyer could have brought about a different outcome. I believe Felos judge-shopped to get a judge who detests the handicapped--once he was successful in that, the outcome was predetermined. Remember, Greer conveniently disregarded any testimony that would not support his predetermined conclusion that this innocent woman should be murdered.

I read that it went the other way -- that Greer recommended Felos to Michael Schiavo. Don't really know though.
