Husband-wife love causes controversy at Harvard
JWR ^ | 3-29-05 | Michael Medved

Posted on 03/29/2005 9:12:24 AM PST by FlyLow

The glamorous movie star Jada Pinkett Smith created a firestorm at Harvard by openly expressing her love for her husband, actor Will Smith. Her remarks — declaring that today's woman "can have it all — a loving man, devoted husband, loving children, a fabulous career" — offended gay students because of their "hetero-normative content."

The Biseuxal, Gay, Lesbian, Transgender and Supporters Alliance demanded an apology because Smith "implied that standard sexual relationships are only between males and females."

The foundation sponsoring Ms. Smith's visit promptly apologized, and scheduled a series of campus wide meetings to avoid such offensive occasions in the future.

This controversy reveals the radical nature of the so-called gay rights agenda, with its determination to obliterate all relationship norms and to strike back at anyone who speaks warmly of the traditional family.

Harvard has changed, lately for the worse.
Harvard University, 1636;
Declared purpose was, "To train a literate clergy"

from the Rules and Precepts, "Let every student be plainly instructed, and earnestly pressed to consider well, the maine end of his life and studies is, to know God and Jesus Christ which is eternall life, John 17:3 and therefore to lay Christ in the bottome, as the only foundation of all sound knowledge and Learning. And seeing the Lord only giveth wisdome, let every one seriously set himself by prayer in secret to seeke it of Him prov 2,3.

What's offensive is the wimpy, politically correct foundation and the gay community, not Ms. Smith. Ms. Smith was spot on!

Jada Pinkett Smith loves her husband, expresses it, and then she's the bad guy?!? Did I get off a UFO this morning or something!?

Double-barrelled Mega-PING! to both lists! If you want on, FReepmail me!

Of course, if she had shown perverted lust for the lesbians in the audience, they'd be praising her as a saint. She's be on the front page as a Goddess of every far left wing newspaper in the country.
There would be no mention about her hate filled, rabid, vile, anti-human and self inflicted Heterophobia problem we see so much of today.
