I found the Volcker Investigation's Interim Oil-For-Food investigation report, and cut/paste anything that had a date to it to a notepad file. Then I took the notepad file, copied it to Excel and did a sort by date. The result is a timeline of the OFF program using verbatim statements from the Volcker Report.

I doubt even the investigating commission has this!

(oh, and saavy timeline afficionado's might notice that Benan Sevan-the head of the Oil For Food program-was in Baghdad in mid 98, meeting with Saddam on the same days that Al Queda's strategic leader-Dr Ayman Al Zawahiri-was in Baghdad meeting with Saddam. Both left around the same time, and within days, Iraq's Revolutionary Council threatened military action on the US over inspections. At the same time, Bin Laden put out a Fatweh declaring war on the US for the 3rd or 4th time-I lost track. AND when they were declaring their intentions of war on the US after their Baghdad visit...Sevan returned to NYC and approved another 6 months of the OFF program and authorized some of Saddam's recent demands of the UN; ie, Sevan appeased Saddam via the OFF loopholes.)
