Didn't much like him, but he was my fraternity brother and he's now in Chapter Invisible. My respect is due.

He was an enabler of evil. A member of the Satanic cult known as criminal defense attorneys.

Prayers for his family and loved ones left behind.

Prayers for those who delight in the rude/crude/heartless statements they're making. DEFINITELY not the respectable/shining light that FR used to be.(sigh)

That's a pretty harsh thing to say. I didn't always care for his approach, but it's quite a long ways from saying the world is better off without him.

I am quite sure his family and friends would disagree.

"I actually thought he was younger than that."

Hair dye.

No wonder he wasn't down in FL with JJ.

At the extremely high risk of getting hammered- I watched and vidotaped at leat 95% of the entire trial. The only perosns to blame are the cops. They tampered with the evidence. There is no doubt about it and Mr. Lee proved it.

The "time line" presented by the prosecution was absurd from the beginning. If you go back and look at the old cop, can't remember his name, he never did explain the "melting" ice cream. He couldn't. Watching his reactions, he knew something was wrong with the evidence presented.

I am not saying he did not do it but based on the evidence presented the verdict was correct. For me, the biggest point against OJ was never brought out- If the cops were planting evidence, the started about 4:30 am. At that time they had no idea whether or not OJ was at an all night party with 100 people or where he had been.

Anyhow, the evidence was definitely tamered with and that blew the entire case.

Well, he said he was dead, but you know how lawyers lie.

Old lawyer joke.

(Forgive me Lord and be with the starving pygmies in Africa)

A newer joke.

May he rest in peace. (I mean it this time.)

Not to mention 1) a famewhorejudge who got so caught up he made absolutely stupid rulings from the bench and 2) prosecutors who made dumber than dumb mistakes.

If Vince Bugliosi had prosecuted OJ, Scott Peterson would have a roommate.

Sheesh. Johnny Cochran dying is a pretty big story. So we can have, oh, what do you think? 400 Terri stories?

BTW, check in on "our" thread for the newest update on that. Prepare to be shocked!

Why all the compassion on behalf of this scumbag? The world is better off without him. So is Los Angeles.

Not in my book.
