Looks like the thread I started was pulled. This one was started 30 seconds sooner. Guess, this is a one thread topic.

I had noticed that Johnny Cochrane looked a little thin and wan, around the time Michael Jackson was charged, and around the time of Scott Peterson's arrest too, he was doing the pundit circuit, and people kept asking Johnny if he would take Michael's case or Peterson's case and he kept saying no I'm taking it easy these days, I thought he seemed greyer, his voice wasn't as strong but I chalked it up to old age

well Mr. Cochrane was nothing if not entertaining...

I wonder though has OJ paid his legal bills, has he paid any of his lawyers? I remember the other dude, Shapiro, was chasing after OJ to get some of his bills paid......

for the first time ever (at least that I'm aware), the Cochran firm has started running ads on our local TV stations.

His law firm is now right up there with good ol' Larry H. "I'll fight for you!" Parker.

My only problem with that show is that the property assessments for taxes probably skyrocket after the show is through, plus the bills and cleaning for the huge new houses must be tough. At least they are trying to address that now by building energy efficient homes to cut the bills down, and the past few times the family's mortgage has been paid off to free up their finances. I also worry that some of these families could become targets when a huge new home is built in a not-so-nice neighborhood (such as the family whose son was shot on their street by a gang.) The show itself is great, but these other issues that the show might not have considered concern me!

For potential clients, I thought.

I have no problem with Cochran, the guy did his job. The jurors on the other hand...

Fortunately, Cochran’s people say his condition is not life threatening, and his friends think he’ll be back on the docket in no time. Grace insisted, “He will charm the nurses, the doctors, the illness, he can charm a bird out of a tree.”

Looks like Cochran's people lied. An inoperable brain tumor is life threatening.

He had a brain tumor. Remember, every life is dear, not just Terri Shaivo. God made us all and loves us all equally. I'm noticing some crazy posts but I guess that's to be expected.

St Peter to Johnnie at the Pearly Gates:

"Because you helped OJ skip his due, I'll have to take a pass on you."

Heh. I was thinking more along the lines of:

"Sorry, Johnny - you're not on the docket."

Sorry the thread I posted was pulled. I did do a search, but incorrectly spelled his first name.

As they say the early bird gets the worm.

Thanks for your comments on the other thread.

Wonder how Mr. Cochran likes the new judge?
