That's fine. And I'm not saying that she should change the substance of what she's going to say. But she was intentionally baiting whatever liberals showed up. She was trying to provoke a reaction. It's the only explanation for:
Coulter fired off one zinger after another about liberalism while promising to answer questions from left-wing members in the audience who could "thrash their way to a coherent thought." "I've come to find I like liberals a lot more," Coulter said early in her speech. "They're kind of cute when they're cold, shivering and afraid."
She first acknowledges that the liberals are there, then baits them, and then asks for help to keep them quiet. If you're going to get down in the mud to do battle -- and I'm not condemning that, by the way -- then don't whine about it. She whined.
We don't invade that moron Dean's stupidity and heckle him. Why is it okay for the Dims to do it to one of our own?
Dean's a doofus, but he's directing his comments to people who think like him. What Dean says may piss us off, but that's incidental. He's just trying to get to his base, and would probably prefer that it was only libs present.
Unlike Ann, who knew libs were there, said she wanted to answer questions from them, then just baited them. Then, she asks for help to stop what she started intentionally. Sorry, but I don't respect that. If you wanna dish is out, take it.
