Rick's a poser. Why didn't Congress think this through as a possible consequence before they passed the legislation? If they were serious, punitive language would've been included in the bill. To come back now, after the case has been all the way to the US Supreme Court and back, looks like a weak attempt to look tough. You should have taken action immediately after you were ignored on an international stage. Rick your time to act has passed, step away from the cameras.

I really believe that they did not contemplate Congress nullification. It is a very serious attack on the Constitution.What you are saying is that from now on any law of Congress should include a provision to the effect that If any judge fails to apply this law ,he will thrown in jail.
