what a great post this is. for years liberals have attempted to drown America in moral relativism and situation ethics.

for a pro-death liberal, there would be no moral problem posed by your hypothetical.

it would be just another opportunity to worship at the altar of the activist judiciary and without remorse 'feel' that Nell really wanted to be an ornament on the front of the train anyway.
