This doctor's opinion regarding Terri does not fit the preordained execution order of judge Greer, therefore this physician's diagnosis is not permitted into evidence by judge Greer. Simple as that, the judge wants Terri put down and he is damn well going to get his command followed ... including that NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO GIVE HER ANYTHING BY MOUTH (notice, the doctor and other Hospital physicians have said clearly she can swallow on her won and has been swallowing her saliva). Thus a cicuit court judge is now more powerful than two other branches of Florida government and two other branches of Federal government. And with the tyrannical rubber stamp brigade of the follow-on courts, this little man will be obeyed. Terri Schiavo is Greer's mission, his ticket to Hell.

I've been wondering about the medical examiner in Pinnelas County that will be given Terri's emaciated and tortured remains to conduct an autopsy, will he be the only one allowed to do it?

Even if she did not have a chance to live a normal life... lack of appropriate medical treatment is a HORRID CRUELTY, plain and simple.
That is why so many of us feel he has no love or true concern for this woman. So, why should he be allowed to have her starved to death?
Why should any NORMAL person believe anything he says about her "wanting to die"? He is a cruel, cruel man.
His cruelties to her, negates all he says about her wishes.
She most likely will join God's angels in Heaven, soon. She will have run the race and WON eternal life in Christ. For this and this alone, can we, those who care about Terri, find any solance at all.

Had you actually read the posted document, you would have noted that doctors at Morton Plant Hospital have said Terri swallows on her own, swallowing her output of saliva. There are other revealing data in the document but we don't expect you to read them since your stilt appears to be the same as Greer, et al of the 'Execute this useless eater' crowd. Your too smartaleck for your own good, brilliant by half. It is easy to scoff and ridicule fellow Freepers for your amusement, but damn difficult to do the homework in order to see the clear conflicts of interest that have denied Terri real due process of law.
I have never heard anything about the wedding rings yet everyday, I hear more and more about his abuses. There are also the bone fractures, which may be a result of domestic abuse; but, some claim that rib fractures may be a result of CPR on 2-25-90.
What I can't get over is how big he is compared to her original size! He could have given her the once over with the back of his hand.
I also heard that the original EMT crew thought that they had arrived upon a homicide site but there has been nothing about them since.
Gee. Admitted she is PVS. Once, based on questions from an attorney demanding an answer in a courtroom.
And that one statement is what is used to kill her now. 10 years later.
(But the pro-death ghouls will tell you that this statement is "Finding of Fact" and cannot be changed or disputed.

I'm no doctor, but this report seems very careful, and studied. All findings are related with reference to current medical knowledge.
The narrative is easy to follow and gives a vivid description of the patient's state. I should think a report like this would be very useful.
Don't give her once husband the benefit of the doubt ... what makes you think he stopped trying to put her down 15 years ago?

I was listening to Mark Levin tonight and he said something about Greer renoucing the Feds (?) because they went against the Constitution..... at that statement I thought to myself which constitution Greer & co is talking about???
It could be they are working from their version of the constitution which is altered from the US Constitution?

Between the bone scan and this report it sounds to me like he kicked the heck out of her and broke her c-spine while at it. I think there is a cover up on this case going back to day one and the only reason I can imagine him allowing an autopsy is the coroner is another one in the chain of good'ol boys in that county.

And contrary to the hearsay only his family has reinforced, his actions are well documented over more than a decade of his forced neglect of this disabled woman. Michael Schiavo is a monster and those protecting or apologizing for him or defending his and Greer's actions are complicit in the heinous miscarriage.
