PVS is a label for people in a coma, not for brain-damaged or autistic people who cannot verbalize or process commands 100%.

Aghast that getting less than 100% meant such voluntary actions would have to be called 'reflexes' when there is no way in hell they could be. Are people who get only 350 on SAT then PVS cases?
