Isn't Terri's husband technically commiting adultary being with another woman while married to terri still? I'm surprised he's allowed any control because of that simple fact.

Adultery isn't against the law. And it isn't a condition of which to remove him as guardian. It's a moot point.

It would be bigamy in some states, but I don't know Florida's laws concerning common law spouses.
