another Florida judge blows it...a 5 yr. old calls 911 after her parents are murdered in New Smyrna Beach. They had wanted a restraining order against their suspected murdered, it was denied...two more lives denied!

(A restraining order is unlikely to have prevented that murder -- such a violent man was a threat under order or not -- only a cage for him would have saved the parents.)
