Face it. Too many people were far too eager to see this woman die for whatever their reasons. Her fate was sealed years ago.
Have the police ever explained if they investigated? That would seem to be a standard procedure when they are called to a scene where a young, otherwise healthy woman, collapses in the middle of the night.
She went to Mass with her parents, as she usually (or frequently) did". This really startled me as I have heard so many times that she wasn't really practicing her religion.
Ahhh, c'mon who are you going to believe, some attorney who has the facts on her side, or the unimpeachable words of Governor George W. Greer of Florida?

Wishful thinking. If the story doesn't support their leftist agenda, there's a distinct lack of curiosity.
That's assuming the reporter is a lib, which the overwhelming majority are, however there are a few right ones too.
I'm confused about the broken bones. If he had beat her up that bad the night she collapsed, wouldn't she have been totally black and blue? And if he tried to strangle her, wouldn't her neck have shown some sign of it? Wouldn't her family have noticed that, then?

Think about who controls the medical records.
You forgot a few things. She was found face down with her hand in a fist. Secondly, no one has ever spoken to the Paramedics who responded to the scene. Also, one of my friends from work said that he saw on CNN one time a report that was run only once about the paramedics or police who initially responded to the scene that their initial reaction or gut feeling was to get homicide involved.
There's a dark, bubbling, rank, septic, noxious, fatback laden Ugly Pot that's been festering down in South Sand Land for YEARS. And it needs to be immediately quanatined and labbed for its unknown, suspicious, toxic, virulent INGREDIENTS.

He may have had a few earlier failures.
Michael ordered that no antibiotics be given to Terri - with Judge Greer's blessing.
Terri developed urinary tract infections and apparently, even in her debilitated state, was able to recover without antibiotics.
I am sure there are more than a few Lady Freepers wincing at how painful that must have been.
He also ordered that her teeth not be brushed for a number of years and I am convinced that Michael Schiavo, RN had enough knowledge that he hoped that the bacteria from her mouth would migrate to the lining of her heart, causing endocarditis- which could be fatal without antibiotics.
This has to be investigated and meets the most basic definition of abuse.
The only person I ever heard make this claim was michael ~ he made this claim in an effort to dismiss the argument that a preference for death rather than a 'compromised' life was directly contrary to Terri's religious beliefs.

if it were not for incompetence the night of her injuries, michael might be in jail, and terri still alive.
