Notes from Sean Hannity's Interview of Patricia Anderson (Former Schindler Family Lawyer), 3/31/05
Sean Hannity show | 3/31/05 | Luke Skyfreeper taking notes on interview

My Notes from Hannity's Interview of Patricia Anderson, 3/31/05.

Saturday, Feb 24, 1991. Terri spent $80 at the hairdresser's. Resulted in big fight with Michael over the money.

Michael had gone to work, fight was not resolved before he left.

Terri's friend asked if she wanted to come over for the night, or for her to come to Terri's

for the night.

Terri said no, I'll pretend to be asleep when he gets home.

She went to 430 mass, then to friend's house.

Friend had chef from Italy friend.

Bobby (Schindler, I think) came over and asked if she wanted to go out with him (dinner, I think). She said no.

Michael called middle of night, something's happened to Terri.

Bobby found Terri face down with fists balled up under her neck. He got there right before paramedics did. He said Michael was not cradling or touching Terri. He thought she was breathing, she was making gurgling sound, he said, "Terri, wake up!"

Defibrillation paddles (sp?)

Taken to northside hospital, admitted through emergency room.

St Petersburg Police showed up because she was 26, and paramedics had described it to police as an unusual incident.

Michael under oath said they had never proved bulimia.

Hospital never did figure out why she collapsed.

"They RULED OUT a heart attack." Hospital said her potassium level seemed lower than normal.

Paramedics had observed that she was face-down.

Paramedics report says, "because of the unusual circumstances" - but they didn't explain what these were. Attorney found one remaining paramedic in the case, he said "I ain't talking."

Hannity: So she never had a heart attack, and there's no evidence she had bulimina.

Michael is on record TWICE saying she never had bulimia.

The doctor who testified in 2002 said "we still don't know the cause of the collapse."

One doctor had a suspicion she may have been strangled. Unusually rigid neck [was this Hammesfahr???]

Reason this was never investigated was that the state investigator took the position that the statute of limitations had passed, so he wouldn't pursue anything.

"The official law enforcement types would not investigate."

"I have my questions" regarding Michael.

They were alone, they had had a fight, he had checked the mileage on the car.

"I have questions in my mind."

53 weeks after collapse, had a bone scan.

Fractured ribs, damage to pelvic area, broken back, both knees, both ankles, broken femur in middle of her right thighbone.

Doctor responsible for the scan: "this patient has a history of trauma."

She had no history of broken bones prior to being married.

November 2002. Anderson faxed the bone scan report to 3 doctors.

"I have nearly pulled my hair out about all the misinformation in this case."

"I tried to get Dr. Walker to come off of his trauma language" - he wouldn't.

Michael's explanation was that this may have happened during rehab.

Terri would say, "No" and "stop" during physical therapy - "I asked Dr. Walker" if it was possible that this had happened during physical therapy. He said no.

These were visible 12 to 18 months after injury. So they had occurred at most 18 months before.

It's entirely possible they could have happened the night of the collapse.

The medical examiner has refused to allow an independent pathologist from either Schiavo or Schindlers to be there.

This bone scan would have represented a perfect defense in the malpractice lawsuit. I called the defense lawyer and asked him, faxed him a report, and asked him if [that report] had played a role. He said he had never seen those records before.

No enzymes proving she had a heart attack.

It was never investigated because when Anderson presented it to Judge Greer, he entered an order that said, "While the cause of this bone scan, and collapse, are interesting, they are utterly irrelevant to [the matter before the court]."

"The law has been manipulated in such a way that it is now possible to simply do away with someone like Terri Schiavo, and have it be legal."

One of the architects of Fl law says he designed it for that purpose.

One of the doctors claiming PVS only spent (25?) minutes with her. Cranford spent 45, other doc spent 40. The nature of PVS is that you have to spent a LOT of time observing the patients. It's a clinical diagnosis.

2 of the 3 doctors admitted they're not really familiar with PVS, and don't see a lot of PVS.

The fact of the matter is, it was ONE trial court judge, ONE finding of fact, reviewed by ONE panel of 3 appellate judges.

Hammesfahr [has a problem with his Nobel claim], but "at least he observed her for 10 hours."

Testimony of doctors on Schindlers side were basically ignored. The Schiavo doctors said everything was a reflex.

"Everything Terri does, short of getting up out of bed and doing a tap dance, is a 'reflex.'"

Terri's mother always got "what I call the 'Hi, Mom!'" response.

Some doctors who watched the tape said, "She clearly is saying hi."

"She has certainly convinced at least 3 experts whose affidavits I put in... that she was capable of communication."

Thanks for posting this synopsis. May Terri rest in peace, and may the autopsy confirm these findings. May justice finally be done!

That's PATRICIA, not Pamela.

Pamela hates it when I call her Patricia too.

Groan. Right you are. Maybe we can get a moderator to change the title to PATRICIA Anderson, NOT Pamela.

And while I can understand your question about the other browser window, I can assure you that it's open to the main FR news page. :-)

Sounds to me like Michael killed Terri twice, and got away with it.

Gosh, I was hoping this would be a great photo thread.

I don't think Pamela Anderson would make a good lawyer. That's gotta be a typo or a crude joke.

Thanks for going to so much trouble! I listened to all of it, but I was too shocked (for lack of a better word) to even think about typing comments.

I don’t know how http://www.theempirejournal.com/greer_schiavo_articles.htm has gotten so much info together on this whole thing…or if it’s accurate. But it IS informative. One of the latest articles is:

You silly peasant. The federal courts, with wisdom you can only imagine, cannot involve themselves with facts, but must confine themselves to procedure alone. Do as your judges tell you: bow down to the supreme branch of government.

The funny thing is, I honestly barely know who Pamela Anderson is. I believe she's blonde and I think she's an actress, and I know there's an infamous tape of her floating around out there, but that's about it...

Those life-sized downloads would bring the entire Internet to a screeching halt, though.

Heartbreaking. I'm sure those who wanted Terri dead, however, will find reason to claim all this evidence is either "faked" or doesn't matter anyway. A very long murder was completed today, I have no doubt of it.
