"There is nothing illegal occurring so there is absolutely no need for the politicians to stick their noses in family business."
So what do you call the state judiciary? A diety?
The blame lies with one person - Michael Shiavo.
I am saying that if that is what I choose for myself I don't want anyone deciding otherwise.
This may sound stupid but I was wondering about this as well. If she could not have the MRI because of implants in her brain, isn't MS the one who had the implants put in? If so, that might explain some things.
--kicked out of office--
Who by? Some powerless judge? The American people--and I am sure Florida is still part of the USA--love bold action, even if of questionable legality. No judge would have practical ability to remove Jeb from his job. Impeachment might, but a bold move would raise Jebs political capital so high that impeachment would be well neigh impossible! Blaiming the judiciary is like moaning about rain and not opening an umbrella.
Oh yes, Sean Hannity. When he isn't playing doctor on the radio he's playing lawyer.
Some people don't seem to understand that towards the end, this was a media freak show with big money behind both sides. Jeb was wise to steer clear. Nothing good could come of it - especially after Mooney's self-serving remarks last Sunday.
The evil side no longer has to fight. They have convinced Americans that the courts not only have the final say; --they have also convinced the masses that our Constitution has given the judiciary final say without accountability to anyone.
Our challenge is to return the judiciary branch to its proper place. But, may Heaven help us---we'll need the Legislative branch to do this.
Of course they AQUIRE wealth and privilige in ADULTHOOD. I am merely pointing out that those folks BORN into privilege and wealth are most likely to be pampered and therefore spineless.

Evidence? We don't need no stinking evidence. We only need our opions of ourselves if we were in the same circumstrances as she. And we know beyond any shadow of a doubt she was nothing more than a vegetable, unable to think, feel, or respond to stimuli. It is a medical fact, I dare say. Her doctors and the media said so. /s
What is your perception of her condition immediately prior to her death.
Or was she walking and talking before Michael put her in the hospice?
Just like the Alphabet networks had prewrote Terri's death. I believe they also had a prewrite for the impeachment trials for the Bushes.. I might think that there are a lot of political issues to have happen and a trial would shunt many good things happening.. I am sure both the Bush's have a good heart and chose the best of BAD scenerios.. Seems like all the DU'rs here were over anxious to be critical.. Hmmm wonder why?
So people who sign a living will and don't want to be kept alive for endless years by aritificial means......have bought into a culture of death?
--No hospital would expose itself to more lawsuits--
A STATE hospital would, since its board reports to Jeb. There are always goodhearted docs, nurses and medical assistants who would gladly volunteer to reattach her feeding tube.
Guess that's what they want for themselves or their loves ones so that's what Terri should have wanted too.
So if I want to kill my wife, it's a "family matter"? Or if my wife wants to kill me, it's a "family matter"?
