According to the website http://www.libertytothecaptives.net/, the numbers 31 and 13 are important to the Scientologists. When I read that and realized that Terri died on March 31 after dehydrating to death for 13 days, it creeped me out!
Also, apparently the number 18 is important, too, to them because three sixes (6 + 6 + 6) make up 18. March 18 was the beginning day of her dehydration. Weird.
The man is a freak. No ifs ands or buts. Felos is a freak to us but I'm sure he feels perfectly comfortable in Clearwater which is a Scientology company town
