I had intended to be there, but unfortunately will be required elsewhere. Please Ping the WV list. I was first WV to sign up, but have no idea if there is another. We NEED somebody to visit...

I'll be dere. But a few flakes who were to join me gave me a lame excuse this weekend.

They claimed they had to work on thursday. The audacity!

lol !!!! the audacity indeed!

Hey, maybe it was mentioned in another thread. but what should we do for identifying each other??? I recall at the Inaugural parade with all the specifics, I did NOT find anyone.. but did fine meeting others..

can someone provide a template that we could add our Screenname/real name & state on?????

We could add the "essential info" & print ...

a template that we could add our Screenname/real name & state on

Just provide your own sticker with your screenname on it, just in case there won't be any stickers at the event.

Cool?

I can't make sense out of the map. Where is Union Station and where is the Capitol on that map?

Also, can we designate a special place for New York freepers to congregate in order to find one another? The 500+ members of the NYC Protest Warriors have been informed, and I'd like to tell them where to go to meet their fellow New Yorkers. Thanks!

Union Station is two blocks north of the red locator star on the map. The Capitol is just below the red star.

Hopefully someone is bringing a New York state flag. That would be the best way to find each other. If not, I'll ask from the stage for people to gather in state groups.

I'll get some name tags and markers to use at the rally.

I have been designated as the flag person. OK, guess that's the only way feasible.

Thanks for the help with the map.

New York State freepers: Someone is driving down to DC from NJ Thursday morning early. If you can get to Hamilton, NJ (train leaves at 6 a.m. from Penn Station NYC), you can get there for a cheap train fare ($15.50 round trip). Let me know very soon, as the appropriate size car/van/bus must be rented tomorrow (April 5).
