This 'No' at the end is the funniest part of the call. After all that, she still isn't happy.
As for authenticity, another forum at
DSL reports.com has comments from dispatchers about the call's length which indicate it probably is legitimate.

I was shocked when I listened to that and realized it happened v very close to my house and the call must have come in to the EMS agency I used to work for.
Do you happen to know how old that call was? I worked there for 5 years and didn't hear anything about it.

Thanks for that link. In that article it does mention EMS service that I worked for (Cypress Creek EMS) and I know (of) the dispatcher they mention.
I don't know him personally though.
That was so weird to hear those two streets Huffsmith Khorville and Caffey Rd named in the call.
Maybe I can find out if it was real or not.

Most likely this is a real occurrence.
Sounds like a O.I.W.S.E. ( Over inflated woman sense of entitlement ) woman to me.
What really should have happen in this case was ? the dispatcher should have sent some officers to her location, and gave that woman a fine for calling in a false 9/11 call, for jamming up the line for more serious 9/11 calls.
At least the dispatcher woman has some common sense and rational thinking.
