This would not relate directly to the early-on suspicions that abuse by Michael may have caused her brain damage.

That's what makes it fishy. I'd put the brakes on running with this until I knew the whole story.

Yes. Some (maybe all) of those reports may relate to his order to withold antibiotics, etc. after she became incapacitated.

I wonder whether (and hope) that in order to be logged, a "report" has to originate from a person in a position to make first-hand observations.
