Cincinnati, OH (LifeNews.com) -- A southwest Ohio Planned Parenthood abortion business is the subject of lawsuit filed by the parents of a 14 year-old girl who they say was coerced into having an abortion after she was statutorily raped by her 21 year-old boyfriend.
Attorney Thomas Condit filed suit against Planned Parenthood of the Southwest Ohio Region on behalf of a Hamilton County couple.
The case, filed in Hamilton County's Court of Common Pleas, involves a girl who obtained an abortion at Planned Parenthood's Auburn Avenue facility on March 30, 2004.
The complaint alleges that Planned Parenthood violated Ohio law, which requires parents of a teenager to be notified before an abortion can be performed. The couple says the abortion business never told them they would be performing an abortion on their daughter.
The lawsuit contends the teenager provided Planned Parenthood with her father's name and contact information before the abortion.
The suit alleges that the girl's boyfriend misrepresented himself as her stepbrother to cover up the statutory rape and he paid for the abortion with a credit card.
Condit is associated with the Life Legal Defense Foundation, a pro-life law firm, and the group believes this case is one of many instances where Planned Parenthood has attempted to cover up statutory rape in order to sell abortions.
"Tom Condit is doing a wonderful thing by helping to expose Planned Parenthood in the case of Jane Roe," said Dana Cody, the director of the firm. "We've suspected for a long time that Planned Parenthood frequently abets sexual predators in their exploitation of minor females. We're glad that one of the victims has finally come forward to call Planned Parenthood to task."

Good news!
WOO HOO!!! Hope the parents win big.

Speaking of Planned Parenthood, did anything ever come of that case where a 14yo girl was pulled from school by the mother of her boyfriend posing as the girl's grandmother and taken to an abortuary, where the clinic staff refused to allow the girls mother access to her until after the abortion?
This is hopeful. Even more hopeful would be a check box on the tax form that would allow someone to opt out of sending their money to this wicked institution.
Is not a statutory rapte HAVE to be reported to the police?
The disposal of the fetus is destruction of evidence of a crime.
Planned Parenthood = Rapist Protection
Litigation would be an effective plan of attack against Planned Parenthood. I hope that many other parents and young ladies who have been wronged come foward and help drive these baby killers out of business.
This case sounds alarmingly similar to that earlier case

Fixed...like he should be...sick sick sick
I think the parents should sue for $10,000,000 instead of a paultry $50,000. After all, some woman sued McDonalds for millions over a split cup of coffee in her lap. Maybe they would think twice before they push their next abortion without parental consent.
You don't want to create a perception that it's about money. Like that McDonalds lady who spilled hot coffee... that was probably valid. Just not "$10 million-valid".
I am glad the parents did this!!
I think this is the one where the mother of the girl was arrested for trying to find her daughter after the mother of the man picked this girl up FROM SCHOOL after lying and saying she was her grandmother and taking her to abortion clinic. Then the abortion clinic told her she could not prevent the abortion or see her daughter while it was being performed. Even called the cops on her.
I hope she shuts these SOB's down!!!
I thought this was her case!!!!
Same case.
thats' right..(not meaning to laugh about abortion)..but, "nickel and dime" them to death.
Oooooooooh YES!
Just another thought.
How many abortions do you think are performed because parents are coercing their daughters, or perhaps actually forcing them.
