Judge N was on FOX tonight talking about this. He called it "sneak and peek" and the FBI will "write" their own warrants which get them into any residence for any reason and take whatever they need. The kicker is that the citizen who's privacy is breached may not tell anyone about what has happened--attorneys, newpeople, etc. because , as the law is written, it would make it a crime to do so. Provisions in this act most certainly need to go away.

yes, but if you listend to Napolitano - he clearly said that the judges should have this power. since he is a former judge, he wants these powers to reside with the judiciary. that's the real choice here - someone in government has to be trusted in the domestic war on terror. do you trust the courts to run it?
