If anything it seems his political career is assured. It is the ones who caved who have caved.

He should go to law school. Seems like a good candidate for JUDGE.

Why should someone get into school easier or get a promotion easier just because of lower economic means? Perhaps they can get a scholarship that someone wealthier cannot get, but they should not have an advantage getting into school.
