Considering it is from WorldNutDaily, that is no surprise. I'm sure they're leaving out any fact that doesn't support their agenda.

Yes. A) the timing is odd. B) the premise that a granddaughter has the right to make a life-or-death decision on her grandmother's behalf when there are closer relatives is, well, fishy.
