The Shark "Lawyers Up!"... Washington Governoire slip slidin' away

Public Non-disclosure

Now that King County Elections has confirmed that the reconciliation reports it gave to the canvassing board were fake, it's time to press on to get the rest of the absentee ballot documentation that should explain the discrepancy of nearly 900 more absentee ballots than identified absentee voters. (hint: I predict that the explanation will be that a significant number of invalid ballots were commingled with the valid ballots and counted).

I've been asking for these documents for weeks. King County has not satisfied all of my public records request in a timely fashion. Today I retained counsel, who demanded release of the rest of the documents and threatened to go to court next week if I don't get the documents by Monday --

This is another nail in the coffin of the democrats defense against fraud. Even county officials and the elections committee are obviously involved in covering up the falsification of election tallies and ballot batches.

The old saying, "the cover up is often worse than the crime" seems to be playing out. AS more and more dems circle the wagon they are incriminating each other and its looking as though their attempt to pull off a fraudulent election has been exposed --- then their attempt to stop the court from overturning the election is beginning to fail and their desperation is bringing out so much corruption that a few of them might just end up looking at being charged themselves.

Last week they "suspended" a few scapegoats with pay. That may have been the tipping point. Some of them are vols with decades of public service who might start squealing...

I sincerely hope you are right. I guess my worries are that if the case goes to a King County jury, the facts won't matter. And if the case is tried by or appealed to RAT judges, neither the facts nor the law will matter. Has your media really reported the truth or are they engaged in the coverup too?

I just posted this on the local thread:

Things are starting to come apart at King County Elections. I suspect Logan will be made the scapegoat, it is time for Sims to protect himself and Chrissie. Logan knows where the skeletons are, so he needs to be kept quiet. If he is not out of there soon, he might be in criminal legal trouble, in which case he will sing, Sims and CG cannot allow this. I predict Logan is gone by May 1.

The Feds are or will soon be involved, this is NOT going away. I suspect we do not know but a portion of the issues. The Shark and Talk Radio have changed the rules, the Dems have not yet "figuurred" it out.

Oh, one other thing, Sam Reed is now doomed for sure. I just heard on KVI that he would investigate the King County Election "if asked". If I heard this correct, then this guy is a bigger idiot and a worse Sec or State than even his worst enemy could have portrayed.

Hey Sam, where were you last November?

Kirby Wilber is talking to Bob Williams, Evergreen Foundation. They have requested a Grand Jury to look into this.

Wilber is saying the Rossi campaign are not going to persue the Military ballots and some other issues. Bob Williams speculates it is probably because of cost and they are just focusing on certain things.

Bob is saying King County has never accounted for when they sent out the Military Ballots.

We have all got to help keep the pressure on. What can we do and where can we write or call to add requests for a Grand Jury?

I was on a Grand Jury in California that investigated the planning and bldg department.

When our report was published it was full of black lines censoring entire paragraphs and obliterating names of culprits. Months of work meant absolutely nothing.

Government will always protect its own. That's why its important for us to explore every option we have as citizens to see that some of these felons face justice.

I've listened to local talk radio shows where hosts get one of the spinners on the ropes and then immediately soften up or change the subject...it seems everyone is in the same club up at the top. Our club needs to get serious!

So he'll only do his job if asked? What kind of crap is that? You know, in a real job, if you only work when some asks you to, you'll probably get fired. Basically, you are hired to do a job, no asking should be necessary.

Now, the question is, who must ask him? Will he do his job if an ordinary citizen who pays his taxes and Reed's salary asks him? No, wait, lemme guess, he'll do it if Fraudoire asks. I knew it...

I know, I'm just saying, Reed is blowing it out if he thinks this one will fly. Bad enough that he sold out Dino Rossi by acquiescing to an obviously fraudulent election result, and agreeing to be Fraudoire's Commissar on her sham of an "election reform" commission. The guy is just one big, walking stinkbomb.

I think the fact that they reconciled the reports knowing that ballots were missing shows willful intent to commit fraud.

I do believe Logan will be hung out to dry, who knows, he might squeal. I bet he knows a lot.

They not only reconciled reports knowing the numbers didn't match - when Shark called them on it they fudged up new numbers and incriminated themselves because the numbers didn't match again. Then, when they published their infamous "binder" and the accompanying explanation pamphlet all the numbers matched up just nice enough to fool the Seattle PI and shut the media up.

BUT Ooppps! Up jumped 93 new unopened absentee ballots. Now they are really scrambling. (My guess they are scrambling through their rolodex looking for loi-YAHS!)

Here come the simple questions:
"Who tallied and entered the readded numbers?" Raise your hand.
" Who signed off on it?" You have the right to remain silent.
"Who told you to take the actions you did?" If you can't afford a loi-YAH the court will appoint one for you.

On http://www.Soundpolitics.com there is a month by month election timeline in the right sidebar. That as about as conclusive a summary as I've seen. It hasn't been updated in a few weeks, though.

I saw Ron Sims on the news the other night yakkin on and on about how he wasn't gonna fire Logan (the King County election director) because Logan was the "only one who could fix this".

Ha! Ha! HaHaHaHa!

That dude would probably squeal like a stuck pig if he didn't have the partial immunity his office gives him.

I'm waitin for the anonymous confessions and finger pointing to start hitting the media. The four election workers disciplined so far might be a good start. (Note how they were suspended WITH pay!!!)

Them that ain't outright thieves are liars...

The only way this judge can end up with any integrity is to toss the whole King County results.

I think a prudent way to handle the situation would be to follow the NCAA model of how they handle recruiting violations. >>> Suspend King County from the next two elections. They can vote their own local reps to keep the corruption going , but no statewide or national names can be on the ballot. - good, eh?

If they can rig elections tiny matters of the "lack of health" of a few scapegoats are a minor problem.

It occured to me that this election is denying justice to all Americans as well as us in Washington. It will set the stage for what Hillary can get away with in '08.

That's why I sent this letter to Sam Reed today:

April 7, 2005

The Honorable Sam Reed
520 Union Avenue SE
P.O. Box 40220
Olympia, WA 98504-0220

Mr. Reed,

My wife and I are closely watching the painfully slow process of bringing the truth to the public with regards to the fraudulent installation of Christine Gregoire as our Governor. But, we do not need courts and lawyers to help us put two and two together.

We witnessed the certification of vote tallies and ballot batches that didn’t match. We watched as it was revealed that falsification played a part in the reconciliation process and when discrepancies were revealed we watched King County revise their new numbers and publish them as being accurately reconciled only to have another 93 ballots surface last week.

Larceny, perjury, obstruction of justice, forgery, lying, collusion … the list seems endless and, of course, debatable. What is not debatable is they we have had our civil right to cast our vote and have it count cancelled out by the premeditated actions of Ron Sims, Dean Logan and the King County elections organization who could not resist putting their partisan interest above the basic rights guaranteed to us in our constitution.

You personally signed a voter pamphlet statement sent to my home that says you will, “protect the integrity of the electoral process by providing equal access to the process while guarding against discrimination and fraud.” You have failed on all three counts and we have been personally disenfranchised as a result.

As a taxpaying citizen I expect you to; take full responsibility for the fraud perpetrated on us and our neighbors, take immediate and responsible action to fully investigate the circumstances leading up to the fraudulent installation of a Governor who did not prevail in actual and legal votes cast and respond to the citizenry to tell us what you will do to live up to your commitment as Attorney General, obey your oath of office and provide us with the opportunity to participate in a fair and impartial election.

Awaiting your response,
*********

I'll be sure to let you know whae I hear from him...
