This job-for-life business has got to stop. There is absolutely no accountabililty. It may take a voter referendum but we have to make it easy to fire these people.

I would definitely like to see an "up or out" system in the federal government. I get tired of seeing some of my fellow employees sitting on their butts doing nothing.
Most of us in my office work our asses off. It's the ones who go through their day in slow motion that give us the reputation that we have.

Isn't it interesting sickening that these who PRODUCE NOTHING but edicts, findings, and shuffle the paper of government control have the best pay and retirement plans?
Those in power will not go quietly and work against those who carry the burden with their taxes. I fear it may be too late for the common citizens.
Sadly it seems that the tick is set and feeding. How will anything short of fire will remove it?
