I have XP Pro on my office and home machines, and won't change it for quite a while. No problems, so far. Very stable and reliable. Nope, I ain't changing.

I agree about XP Pro. Unlike its predecessors, it is VERY stable and I've had no problems. I've been so happy with it, I can't imagine changing to a new OS any time soon.

I know there a lot of reasons people are down on the XP product, but one reason I've seen is that a lot of people tried to use it with insufficient hardware. I think those who are only at or near the "minimum hardware requirements" for a new OS should just skip any new Windows OS additions until they do a major upgrade or get a new computer which well exceeds whatever is stated. Microsoft's minimum requirements are usually far too minimum to achieve the best results with their OS products.
