This latent imprinting has been going on in our schools for years - exactly how Hitler planted the seeds>
Here, it's called the "Life Boat Game"
Students are given the example of a ship sinking and say, 8 people make it to a lifeboat. However, there is really only safe room, food and water for 6.
Then the students are given a run down on the people. Included is always and elderly person and a handicapped person.
The choice to be made is which two need to be thrown over. (Never any other solution to be thought of.) And the students know who to choose if they want a good grade.
this is imprinted in the back of their minds by people in authority, experts (teachers) -
wonder why so many today say things like "It's MY tax money being used to keep that old lady alive!"
Moral Absolutes Ping.
Just started reading this, want to ping it out while it's hot. Looks to be a very good article.
The whole euthanasia/medicical thing is going to get worse and bigger before it gets better. It's very popular in various countries, and now the several of the SCOTUS - the ones who deserve the "Nazgul" title - want to emulate other countries' corrupt, atheistic, leftist and hateful laws and customs to inform and shape their decisions. This is going to be a giant tsunami for sure.
Let me know if you want on/off this pinglist.
P.S. When life has no INTRINSIC spiritual value, then no life has value unless someone else thinks it has value. After all, someone has to decide things. So once God is out of the picture (and we know what He thinks about each and every soul), then OTHERS make the decisions about who should live and who should die. And their criteria for deciding that is centered around - guess what! - shallow, materialistic, utilitarian, and ultimately very evil principles. This is a slippery slope which is very, very slippery.
IMO, of course. But I bet some of you agree.
bttt
Nazi euthanasia ping.
I ran across this today, read it again, and thought it deserved to be re-read by others.
So BTTT!
