stranger things have happened. I, for one, would not have thought it possible for China and India to be strategic partners. after all, they've fought several wars. Japan is trying to form some kind of partnership with India. Many Joe Sixpacks out there think Japan is the most loyal Asian ally. There is no such thing. Each country only looks after its own interest. No friends forever kind of thing. Japan has the second best military in the world. They could practically go nuclear overnight. When that happens, it could be payback to those who have nuked them in the past and stopped their "Asian Sphere of Co-prosperity" thingy.
