No household vermin and rodents are excluded in the bill....

But not to worry that this will see the light of day imo. It was read once and sent to the Agriculture and Livestock Committee on 2/22/05 with no co-sponsors and no other action has occurred since. I suspect it like the majority of bills filed will die in committee....
