Jerger-Centonze held fundraisers for Hospice Foundation (Terri Schiavo Mystery Expands)
Canada Free Press ^ | 11 April 2005 | Judi McLeod, Editor

Posted on 04/11/2005 12:38:15 PM PDT by shrinkermd

Even after her death, all roads in the life and times of Terri Schindler Schiavo lead back to the Attorney George Felos-extolled Woodside Hospice.

Listed under "fundraisers" on the website of Liberty American Insurance Group is "The Hospice Foundation".

The Jerger & Centonze Insurnance (sic) Agency Inc., an inactive company, owns the Liberty American Insurance Group.

The Jerger & Centonze Insurance Agency was established in January 2001 at the home of Michael Schiavo and girlfriend, Jody Centonze, identified as Schiavo’s fiancée for the first time in the obituary of his mother, Clara.

The principal mailing address of the company is listed as 2807 Marrie Court, Clearwater, Fla.

This address is listed as owned by Jodi A. Centonze in Pinellas County appraisers’ records.

Michael Schiavo is listed as a 2002 company director at the same Marrie Court address.

Richard M. Jerger Jr., listed on 2002 company papers as a director, is a stockholder in Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp., which sold 2,902 shares of stock in 2001 for $102,933.

Why would the Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp. buy Jerger & Centonze with a stock and cash deal valued at over $40 million?

Who in the insurance industry would want to truck with a corporation that misspelled its own name--a misspelling that in spite of its place in cyberspace no one moved to correct in three years?

Agreed.

What is surprising to me are those people who generally follow Judeo-Christian pro-life doctrine aligning with death, just because, "the legal system" imposed a death sentence.

A hopeful sign; others without institutional religious tenets were adamant for allowing Terri to live.

I realize that any who try and get to the truth in the Schiavo case is subject to relentless attack but perhaps you can tell me why this article points to the creation of a company in the Schiavo's home which it claims owns the insurance company. Now why would it IMPLY that Sciavo owns the company? And why wouldn't one want to know this?

How does wanting to know this make it a matter of my personal interest? Do you believe I have no disinterested concern in such matters? How much will you pay me to ask embarassing questions.

Is Philadelphia Consolidated based in Philadelphia? If so, there would be a connection between the Jergers, a Philadelphia company, and Michael. Is Michael from Philadelphia? I know he is from Pennsylvania, as it has been reported that he will be burying Terri there at some point. Could Michael have known the Jergers and Jodi before ever going to Florida? Or could he have had connections in Philadelphia and put them in touch with the Jergers, with the intent of buying them out? I don't know much about these sort of things, but isn't it possible to set up corporations with the express purpose of having other people buy you out and then splitting the profits? Isn't that one of the types of activities that RICO laws focus on?

Have you found any proof to the story that I heard years ago, that this insurance company was the one that paid Micheal's lawsuit settlement?

This link must be found. This would be very damaging.

Yes - I think this one came down on the line of moral principles and it is clear one can be very moral and non religious and vice versa.

Schiavo
,..was the youngest of five brothers brought up in the mass-produced suburb of Levittown, Pa. They grew up in the Jubilee model — two stories, four bedrooms, two baths and an attached garage.

The brothers were confirmed in the Lutheran church, though Sunday services weren’t always a priority, says Scott Schiavo, who still lives in Levittown.

Once the “runt of the litter,” Michael grew to 6-foot-7. But unlike his brothers, he had little interest in athletics; at Woodrow Wilson High School, Michael Schiavo joined the Italian Club, not the football squad.

“Mike was more of a debater,” his brother says. “He was not a go-out-and-start-knocking-heads and stuff like that. ... He would rather try to discuss or argue a point.”

The early days After high school, Michael enrolled in nearby Bucks County Community College. It was there, in a sociology class, that he met Theresa Marie Schindler.

Michael Schiavo's Dilemma

... Michael Schiavo is the product of a middle-class upbringing in Levittown, Pa., a small city near Philadelphia. He was born in April 1963, the youngest of Bill and Clara Schiavo's five sons.

As a youth, Michael attended Lutheran church services on Sundays. He followed his older brothers to summer Bible camp. He grew into a tall, good-looking young man, and was a popular athlete at Levittown's Woodrow Wilson High School.

... The couple left their Pennsylvania home in 1986 and moved to St. Petersburg, a small city on the Gulf coast of Florida popular with retirees. Terri's parents owned a condominium there that the Schiavos occupied.

Money trail leads to rancor
  1. Both doctors denied being negligent.
  2. One settled his part of the case for $250,000 before trial. (Money to guardianship -- minus attorney fees, etc)
  3. Dr. G. Stephen Igel's insurance company refused to settle,
  4. Jurors awarded Schiavos $2-million. (Guardianship got $1.39-million for Terri's care, before costs. Husband got $610,400 before costs.)

But MS's $1.2M was in a trust for Terri's care, which then he spent on attorney's as Greer permitted him to do.

I think there is more going on, possibly some money laundering scheme.

MS should be investigated and this insurance company.

Kinda makes sense that everything, like the house, is in Jodi's name.

When michael gets sued for murder, he can claim no assets. (Well...maybe his silver mercedes coup)

Please enlighten.

Aren't the Schindlers prohibited from suing HINO for wrongful death since the Court ordered Terri to be starved to death?

So there is a definite Philadelphia connection. Is Jodi from the Philadelphia area, too? I know she was married before she met Michael and I don't remember if the article on her mentioned her maiden name - or is Centonze her maiden name?

Reasons to stay married:

I also understand that Terri came into quite a HUGE inheritance that would pass to Michael when she died. I heard Mr. Schindler (the father) say this.

I had not heard about Terri's inheritance.

Terri had 4 grandparents -when they died would also be important in the timing of keeping Terri alive and killing her.
